Parameter Description

Note: If the selected credential does not have administrator permissions, operation of the device and communication with the device may be impaired.

Label The label to be assigned to the device. The label is listed on the Device Management â–¶ Managed tab. If this value is blank, the label is not modified.
Verify credential
  • True: During execution of the configuration job, Sensor Management will validate that it can re-establish communication with the device using the selected credential. If communication cannot be established, the job will fail for the device.
  • False: The configuration job will run without validating that communication can be established with the selected credential.
