The Repeat Offenders feature counts objects that have violated a threshold within a configured interval that has repeated for several days.
For each displayed interval, Repeat Offenders evaluates each grouped object or session independently. Percentage bins use the cumulative time spent above the threshold during that interval; violations do not need to be continuous. For example, with Packet Loss > 0.5% and a ≥ 1.5% bin, a session is included if its packet loss exceeded 0.5% for at least 1.5% of the interval in total.
Note: Using this feature requires creating an Aggregate widget and setting up a bin in the dashboard.
