These release notes cover the requirements, new features, changes, addressed issues, and known limitations for the Cisco® Assurance Module Dock version 25.07.4. Read all release notes before installing this firmware version.
Note: The Module Dock is never forward compatible towards new/future Cisco® Crosswork Assurance Sensor Control (formerly Skylight sensor: control) and Cisco® Assurance Module (formerly Accedian Skylight Sensor Modules) releases. If you intend to use the Module Dock with Cisco Assurance Modules that are a newer release than the Module Dock, this is not supported and may damage your Module. Additionally, if you upgrade Modules to a newer release than the Module Dock, this is not supported and may damage your Module. Make sure the Module Dock release level is always equal to or higher than that of the Modules you connect it to.

New Features
This Module Dock release introduces the following new features and enhancements.
Cisco Provider Connectivity Assurance Module Dock 25.07.4
The Cisco Provider Connectivity Assurance Module Dock 25.07.4 can be used to configure firmware suite versions 24.09, 24.11, 24.11.1, 25.07, 25.07.2, and 25.07.4.
Module Dock USB Driver Update
The Module Dock USB driver has been updated to remove mass storage capabilities. As a result, the Module Dock no longer provides storage for user manuals or release notes.
Because mass storage is no longer available to retrieve the IP address, the Module Dock IP address can typically be determined from the host interface IP address by subtracting 1 from the last octet. For example, if the host interface IP address is 192.168.7.2, the Module Dock IP address is 192.168.7.1.
