# nodeid

## nodeid edit

nodeid edit - Edit the node identificator for the VNID manager

**Description:** Edit and configure the node identificator.

**Syntax:**

```
  nodeid      {edit} { <hex-value> }
```

**Parameters:**

| Parameter | Description |
| --- | --- |
| <hex-value> | 14 bytes identifier, default value is based on the MAC address of LOCAL-1 port. |

## nodeid show

nodeid show - Display the node identificator for the VNID manager

**Description:** Display the node identificator.

**Syntax:**

```
  nodeid show
```
