# mode

## mode edit

mode edit - Edit the system settings

**Description:** Configure the system settings in the unit.

**Syntax:**

```
  mode      {edit} { webs-port {443 | <1024-65535>} |
                     syslog-ng {<enable | disable>} }
```

**Parameters:**

| Parameter | Description |
| --- | --- |
| webs-port | Set the web server TCP port. |
| syslog-ng | Enable or disable syslog-ng. Disabling will reset syslog settings to factory default. |

## mode show

mode show - Show the general system settings

**Description:** Displays the general system settings currently configured in the unit.

**Syntax:**

```
  mode show
```
